The HDY-5.4M dual trolley PCB parallel transfer machine is a core automated linking equipment exclusively designed for long-distance cross-line PCB transmission in medium & large SMT assembly workshops. This 5.4-meter ultra-long shuttle conveyor solves the layout limitation of disconnected SMT production lines, realizing bidirectional PCB parallel transportation between screen printers, SMT pick and place machines, reflow ovens and AOI inspection equipment.
The whole machine frame is formed by thickened sheet metal bending for stable anti-vibration operation. The conveying track adopts special industrial aluminum extrusion, supporting automatic rail width adjustment ranging from 50mm to 350mm, compatible with all mainstream SMT circuit board sizes. It supports two transportation directions: left-to-right and right-to-left, freely switched via touch screen program without mechanical modification.
Equipped with dual independent stepper motor drive systems for track width regulation and horizontal trolley translation, matched with imported synchronous belt + linear guide transmission structure.
