HDY chain automatic PCB turnover machine is dedicated inline automation equipment for blank PCB feeding and 180° board flipping in SMT double-sided assembly production lines. It realizes automatic flipping of bare circuit boards, smoothly connecting upstream PCB loader and downstream stencil printer, pick and place machine, eliminating manual board flipping to boost unmanned production efficiency.

The machine adopts integrated all-enclosed cabinet structure with full surrounding sealing plates and computer white baking paint surface, dust-proof, anti-static and neat workshop appearance. Overall outer size L600*W920*H1400mm, built-in 586mm long adjustable guide rail, rail width freely adjusted from 50mm to 460mm to fit multi-size PCBs; working height 910±20mm adjustable to match all standard SMT equipment height.

Adopts stable chain transmission structure, conveying speed stepless adjustable 0~4m/min to match different line beats. Flip mechanism driven by precision stepper motor, flexible and smooth rotation without board collision or component dropping; the rail docking structure ensures seamless PCB transfer with front and rear SMT machines without jamming.

Core control system adopts Panasonic PLC programmable controller matched with XINTEK true-color touch screen, simple parameter setting, real-time operation status display and fault alarm. Standard industrial 220V AC 50Hz power supply, supporting air pressure 0.4~0.6Mpa; equipped with Meanwell switching power supply and Omron safety relay, complete independent electric control box for centralized wiring, safe and convenient maintenance. It supports left-to-right unidirectional PCB transmission, max bearing PCB weight 5KG, compatible with 500*460mm large-size bare boards.
