The HDY-J250SSB1 dual-rail automatic PCB unloader is a high-precision, high-stability board collecting machine customized for mid-to-high-end SMT production lines. Adopting industrial-grade aluminum profile guide rails and specialized herringbone plastic chains, the equipment ensures smooth and stable PCB transmission without board scratching or jamming. It is equipped with a 90W Taiwan-made motor and precision ball screw drive system, realizing precise step lifting of the PCB magazine with multiple adjustable lifting pitches to match diverse production processes.

This unloader is fitted with an original Airtac pneumatic clamping structure to achieve firm and stable magazine positioning. The built-in 0.65M mobile pushing conveyor realizes automatic board pushing and receiving, forming a fully automated unmanned board collecting workflow. Controlled by Inovance PLC and Taiwan joint-venture touch screen, paired with Mean Well power supply and Omron relays, the whole machine features stable performance, low failure rate and long service life. It supports left-to-right board transmission and adapts to standard PCB and magazine specifications, perfectly matching automated SMT assembly lines.
