HDY-J1SJ1 1M dual rail SMT docking station with LED light frame is professional PCB linking equipment for long-distance station connection. It adopts solid integrated steel frame with 1000mm total guide rail length. The synchronous dual-track adjustment design stably transports PCBs up to 300mm width, widely used for consumer electronics, automotive electronics and LED circuit board production lines. Equipped with 4mm thick anti-static flat belt, the machine eliminates static electricity effectively and avoids PCB scratch, slipping and shifting during transmission. Driven by industrial stepper motor, it supports stepless speed regulation from 0.5 to 9 m/min, compatible with low-speed precision inspection and high-speed mass production. Single-section independent control system with 2 photoelectric sensors and dedicated industrial control board monitors PCB status in real time, realizing auto start-stop function to prevent board stacking and jamming. Standard built-in LED light frame solves insufficient lighting of production stations without extra lighting installation. Standard transfer height 900±20mm fits mainstream SMT machines including JUKI, Yamaha, Samsung, Fuji printers, mounters, AOI and reflow ovens.
