HDY-J250SB automatic PCB loader is a standard front-end magazine feeding equipment specially designed for full-automatic SMT assembly lines, used to automatically supply blank PCBs to chip mounters and printing machines.

This PCB loader adopts high-strength aluminum alloy guide rails and wear-resistant herringbone plastic chains to deliver stable PCB transmission without scratching circuit boards. It is equipped with a 90W brake motor matched with precision ball screw for magazine step lifting, supporting adjustable lifting pitches of 10/20/30/40mm to fit different PCB stacking demands.

Built-in pneumatic clamping mechanism firmly locks the magazine, and the push cylinder position can be fine-tuned via screw rods for precise board pushing. With a maximum storage capacity of 50 pieces of PCB boards, the machine realizes fully automatic board feeding without manual intervention. Controlled by industrial PLC and true color touch screen, it supports standard 920±30mm transfer height, left-to-right conveying direction, perfectly docking mainstream SMT production equipment.

1. Precision Ball Screw Lifting with Brake Motor, Stable & Low Noise

   Most cheap loaders use ordinary lead screw or chain lifting with vibration and positioning deviation. Our HDY-J250SB uses 90W brake motor + ball screw step lifting, four optional lifting pitches, stable lifting without jitter, no PCB offset or collision during feeding.

2. Adjustable Pneumatic Push Cylinder, High Compatibility

   The push board cylinder position can be adjusted by screw rod, flexible to match various magazine sizes. Ordinary loaders adopt fixed cylinder structure, which cannot adapt to slightly changed magazine dimensions and easily causes push board failure.

3. 50PCS Large-Capacity Magazine Storage, Reduce Manual Replenishment Frequency

   Full load can store up to 50 circuit boards, extending the interval of magazine replacement, cutting labor operation frequency and improving continuous production efficiency. Small-capacity loaders need frequent manual magazine replacement and interrupt production rhythm.

4. Anti-Scratch Special Transmission Structure

   Custom frosted aluminum rail + herringbone anti-static plastic chain, smooth contact surface without burrs, effectively protect thin, precision PCBs from scratch and static damage, better than cheap iron rails and common flat chains on the market.

   Industrial PLC control system with true color touch screen, easy parameter setting, real-time fault prompt, long-term continuous operation stable. Low-end loaders use monochrome screens or simple control boards with slow response and high failure rate.
