HDY-1.8M dual-car automatic width PCB transfer machine is a high-precision automatic shuttle conveyor designed for standard SMT production line cross-transmission and line connection. Different from traditional manual-adjust transfer machines, this model supports fully automatic rail width adjustment from 50mm to 350mm, realizing unmanned switching of different PCB sizes and greatly improving line flexibility.

The machine adopts thickened bent sheet metal frame structure, ensuring solid stability during long-term high-frequency operation under 1.8-meter span. The guide rail is made of high-strength special aluminum profile, wear-resistant and not easy to deform. Both track conveying and horizontal translation are driven by independent stepper motors, achieving precise and synchronous movement.
