HDY-460 high-efficiency cooling buffer stocker with integrated 0.5M link conveyor is a specialized buffering equipment designed for gap transition between SMT automated machines. It solves production line waiting & blocking issues by temporary PCB storage with cooling circulation, realizing First-In First-Out (FIFO) material management.
The machine adopts sturdy custom sheet metal frame and multi-layer aluminum circulation trays with 4MM flat belt conveying system, fixed 50mm layer pitch. Equipped with Inovance servo motor paired with precision ball screw to drive magazine step lifting, together with independent stepping transport motor for stable board transfer. Four Panasonic photoelectric sensors are installed all around to detect PCB position and effectively avoid board jamming damage.
It supports maximum 20 pieces PCB mixed storage of NG defective boards and OK qualified boards, compatible with large PCB up to 500*460mm. Stepper motor automatic width adjustment fits various board widths from 50–460mm. Controlled by reliable Panasonic PLC and Xiankong true-color touch screen, it reserves MES communication interface for smart factory data linkage, with built-in cooling fans to rapidly dissipate heat from hot PCBs after reflow. Standard transfer height 920±30mm and left-to-right conveying direction match universal SMT production line standards. The whole control unit uses Mean Well power supply and Omron relays for stable long-time continuous operation, with automatic fault alarm function for easy troubleshooting.
