HDY-250SB all-in-one PCB loader stacker integrates automatic PCB feeding and finished board stacking functions in one single unit, specially developed to save workshop space for compact SMT production lines. It combines the feeding function of magazine loader and stacking function of offline stacker to realize one-machine dual-purpose workflow.

This machine is equipped with customized aluminum alloy guide rails and wear-resistant herringbone plastic chains, matched with 4MM thick flat conveyor belt to deliver scratch-free PCB transmission. The magazine lifting system adopts 90W Taiwan-made brake motor and precision ball screw drive, supporting adjustable lifting pitches of 10/20/30/40mm to fit various PCB thickness. A 15W fixed-speed Taiwan motor handles horizontal board transportation.
