SMT PCB Magazine Loader Stacker Automatic Board Feeding & Stacking Machine

HDY-250SB all-in-one PCB loader stacker integrates automatic PCB feeding and finished board stacking functions in one single unit, specially developed to save workshop space for compact SMT production lines. It combines the feeding function of magazine loader and stacking function of offline stacker to realize one-machine dual-purpose workflow.

This machine is equipped with customized aluminum alloy guide rails and wear-resistant herringbone plastic chains, matched with 4MM thick flat conveyor belt to deliver scratch-free PCB transmission. The magazine lifting system adopts 90W Taiwan-made brake motor and precision ball screw drive, supporting adjustable lifting pitches of 10/20/30/40mm to fit various PCB thickness. A 15W fixed-speed Taiwan motor handles horizontal board transportation.

It features stable pneumatic clamping structure for magazine fixing, and the push cylinder position can be finely adjusted via screw rods. The drop board mechanism is fully constructed with lightweight aluminum alloy and driven by stepper motor + cylinder & solenoid valve for smooth, accurate stacking movement. It can load up to 50 blank PCBs in the input magazine, and stack finished boards up to 200mm height automatically.

Controlled by stable Inovance PLC and Xiankong true-color touch screen, the equipment supports automatic board feeding, continuous drop stacking, and real-time fault prompt. Standard transfer height 920±30mm and left-to-right conveying direction match global mainstream SMT equipment standards. All core electrical accessories adopt well-known brands: Mean Well switching power supply and Omron relays, ensuring long-term stable non-stop production.

   Input magazine holds maximum 50 blank PCBs; stacking station supports up to 200mm high finished board stack, extending the interval of manual magazine replacement and board collection, greatly improving unmanned continuous production efficiency.

   Combination of herringbone plastic chain and 4MM soft flat belt provides uniform, soft contact surface. No sharp burrs or hard metal friction, effectively avoid scratch, static damage and abrasion to thin precision circuit boards compared with iron guide rail equipment.
