Introduction

The HDY-J0.5SJ 0.5M dual rail SMT docking station is a compact automatic linking equipment specially designed for small-scale SMT production lines, station docking and short-distance PCB transfer. Adopting an integrated thickened steel frame structure with a 500mm total guide rail length, the machine supports synchronous dual rail adjustment and can stably convey PCBs with a maximum width of 300mm, suitable for the production of most conventional PCBs, LED boards and consumer electronic circuit boards.

Equipped with a 4MM thick anti-static flat belt, the equipment effectively avoids static damage, board scratching and slipping. Driven by a high-precision stepper motor with a stepless adjustable speed range of 0.5-9m/min, it adapts to multiple production scenarios including low-speed precision inspection and high-speed mass production. It features a single-section independent control system and 2 photoelectric sensors matched with a dedicated industrial control board, which can intelligently identify PCB entry and exit status to realize automatic start-stop, anti-stacking and anti-jamming functions.

Upgraded with three practical functions including LED light frame, cooling fan and PCB through detection, this conveyor solves common problems such as insufficient workstation light, equipment overheating and missing PCB detection.
