HDY-250NOSSB1 dual-track NG/OK PCB unloader is professional automatic sorting & board collecting equipment specially installed at the rear end of SMT AOI inspection machine, perfectly matched with chip mounter, reflow oven, SPI and other full SMT line equipment, dedicated to automatic classified storage of qualified OK PCBs and defective NG PCBs. The whole machine frame adopts sturdy national standard frosted aluminum profile, equipped with wear-resistant herringbone plastic chain to ensure long-term stable dual-track synchronous conveying. The magazine lifting unit is driven by servo motor paired with high-precision ball screw, supporting 5 kinds of adjustable lifting pitch (10/20/30/40/50mm) to adapt PCBs of different thickness. It comes with 2 sets of independent 0.65M push conveyor, matched with pneumatic clamping structure to lock magazines tightly and avoid shifting during lifting.
