Automatic Dual Lane OKNG PCB Separator Unloader SMT Mounter Production Line
HDY-250NOSSB1 dual-track NG/OK PCB unloader is professional automatic sorting & board collecting equipment specially installed at the rear end of SMT AOI inspection machine, perfectly matched with chip mounter, reflow oven, SPI and other full SMT line equipment, dedicated to automatic classified storage of qualified OK PCBs and defective NG PCBs. The whole machine frame adopts sturdy national standard frosted aluminum profile, equipped with wear-resistant herringbone plastic chain to ensure long-term stable dual-track synchronous conveying. The magazine lifting unit is driven by servo motor paired with high-precision ball screw, supporting 5 kinds of adjustable lifting pitch (10/20/30/40/50mm) to adapt PCBs of different thickness. It comes with 2 sets of independent 0.65M push conveyor, matched with pneumatic clamping structure to lock magazines tightly and avoid shifting during lifting. This unloader supports max PCB size L330W250mm, matched standard magazine dimension W320L355*H570mm, fixed left-to-right conveying direction consistent with mainstream SMT production line layout. The core advantage is built-in dual-track automatic good/bad board sorting function with double-layer magazine design: the lower bin independently collects up to 50 pieces of OK qualified boards, the upper bin stores 10 pieces of NG defective boards separately, realizing unmanned automatic classification after AOI inspection.
