HDY-2.8M dual-car PCB transfer machine is a high-efficiency parallel shuttle transmission equipment specially developed for long-distance docking and cross-line PCB transfer of SMT automated production lines. Adopting a heavy-duty thickened bent sheet metal frame, the equipment features stable structure, strong load-bearing capacity and long-term operational stability in high-frequency mass production scenarios. The guide rail is made of special industrial aluminum profile, with a single rail manual adjustment range of 50~350mm, compatible with most mainstream standard PCBs on the market.
The whole machine adopts dual stepper motor independent drive, realizing precise control of track conveying and horizontal translation respectively. Equipped with imported timing belt and high-precision linear guide transmission mechanism, it achieves smooth and low-noise PCB transfer, with the fastest front board output speed up to 14S/PCS, effectively improving SMT line production efficiency. The standard working height is 900±20mm, perfectly matching the installation height of mainstream SMT equipment such as solder paste printers, chip mounters and reflow ovens.
In terms of control configuration, the machine is equipped with Inovance PLC programmable controller and humanized touch screen operation panel, with simple operation and stable program operation.
