PCB460 high-end SMT PCB dust cleaning machine is professional pre-print PCBA cleaning equipment specially developed for large-size PCB up to 460*460mm, widely installed before solder paste printer to remove micro dust, metal scraps, fiber debris and static charge on circuit board surface. The machine adopts single-track automatic width adjustment design, 3mm anti-static flat belt transports PCB stably with standard 910±20mm industry transfer height, fixed left-to-right conveying direction. It supports PCB thickness from 0.4mm to 5mm: 0.4–2mm boards work without roller height adjustment, while 2–5mm thick PCBs only need simple roller height fine-tuning. The machine requires at least 3mm edge space of PCB and achieves stable cleaning cycle ≥10 seconds per piece. Equipped with full multi-stage integrated cleaning system: upper & lower ESD brush sweeping, high-power vacuum dust collection, double imported ESD silicone sticky roller adhesion, and static neutralization function. The sticky paper uses drawer-type pull-out design, greatly simplifying paper replacement without dismounting the whole machine. Standard configuration includes 2 imported ESD sticky rollers, 1 ESD sticky paper roll, 1 anti-static brush, 250W independent dust collector, static eliminator and real-time static detection sensor. Controlled by HMI touch screen + PLC, reserved SMEMA communication port to realize signal interconnection with upstream and downstream SMT machines. Working condition supports AC220V power supply, total power 500W, matched air source 0.6MPa with 60L/min air consumption, whole machine net weight 160KG, compact body occupies less workshop space.
